The weather is just beginning to warm and is amazing for spending your time outdoors. Whether you like getting a good sweat on or are just interested in the ambiance of the season, these outdoor activities cover a wide range of interests.
1. Visit a Farm
A farm is the epitome of spring; new life, fresh vegetation, and feelings of hope. Many types of farms are available to visit, much like a pumpkin patch, you can visit flower gardens, see the animals, or pick fruits and vegetables. Some farms offer different activities all in one, such as picnic areas, photo opportunities, trails, taste testing, and games. There is a little something for everyone!
2. Attend Local Sports Games
Although professional arenas are not all around, local/school teams can bring a little sportiness to spring. Baseball, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, and many other sports are available for the public to watch in the upcoming months (many for free)!
Grabbing a group of friends or going on a solo trip can use up a few good hours by enjoying the entertainment and thrill of the game. Bring some snacks and make a plan to “people watch” for an all-day boredom killer solely in spring.

3. Outdoor Cafe
Going outside doesn’t have to be exhausting, go ahead and relax while taking a sip of your favorite drink. With the weather well enough to stay outside and eat without you, or your food freezing, you might as well take advantage of it.
A cute cafe and an aesthetic drink is a spring dream come true. It is also the perfect time to catch up on that one book or finish a project on your laptop without all the extra stress.
4. Visit A Farmer’s Market or Craft Fair
Community centers are the perfect place to check if any activities, such as a farmer’s market or craft fair are going on. People are surprised by how many cool things they can find all around them such as handcrafted treasures, premium fruits and veggies, and cute gifts. Finding an item you love at one of these events is much more worthwhile than any regular store.

5. Take Walks or Nature Journal
Studies show the power of mindfulness and these activities, separated or combined, contribute to an open mind and happier being. Keeping a journal filled with descriptions of your adventures leaves you found on the ground, or other trinkets you find is an encouraging way to showcase spring while prioritizing your health.

Indoor Activities
These activities are just as lively as the outdoor, but provide more leniency and alternatives while still giving in to the spring fun.
1. Tea Party
Much like a picnic, a tea party is a great way to gather friends and enjoy a meal together. A tea party has all the elements of spring: a bright, cozy atmosphere alongside cute foods and yummy drinks. You can spice up your gathering by including a dress code (flower print, bright colors, dresses, etc.), fancy desserts or snacks, springy decor, or other festive traits.
If you need more activities than just eating, add a flower exchange (each friend brings a flower/s for another), custom blind bag exchanges, or a paint party.
2. Baking
Baking is a year-round activity, but how much spring vibes you put into it, you’ll get right back. Cooking with ingredients significant to the season brings a special feeling of the presumably rainy season ahead. From blueberries to rhubarb, muffins to loaves, there are plenty of options to choose from and enjoy. Opening a window for natural light or adding cute designs to the treats make it all the more springy.

3. Watercolor Painting
Watercolor is often forgotten in the art space, but is a beautiful medium perfect for spring. The colors can go on light or dark and can make any art piece that much more professional looking. It is great for blending a body of water, field of flowers, or any other spring landscape.

A fun, flirty movie is the perfect spring equivalent. From 13 Going on 30, 10 Things I Hate About You, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, or any other movie with a number in it, there are endless options for a whole day of fun, tears, and laughs.
This is a great activity for a large group of people, where you can bring more excitement by dressing up like the movie characters, bringing snacks related to the movie, or doing a sing-along.
5. Bouquet Making
Flowers- the symbol of spring! Either yourself or as a group, making bouquets is a cute and trending way to celebrate. Some flowers in season are peonies, daisies, and chrysanthemums, but there are hundreds more you can find.
Mix and match your favorites, and voila, a beautiful creation all your own! Grab the right tools to ensure your safety and best results.
